The first generation EON10 was very popular, not only with musicians, but with hotels, meeting planners, AV companies and just about any application where portable compact sound reinforcement was needed. Its successor, EON10 G2 offers more power, more flexibility and a refined appearance that will make it even more appropriate for its many types of users.

The EON10 G2 has the same appearance improvements as its larger, companion EON15 G2, including new black exterior material and a mini-mixer with three inputs. The EON10 G2 also features increased power with 125 watts for low frequencies and 50 watts for the highs. A perfect companion for the EON10 G2 is the new EONSUB G2 powered subwoofer. Consistent in design with other EON G2 models, the EON SUB G2, with its 15” transducer, has 250 watts of low-end power, JBL’s patented Neodymium Differential Drive woofer design, Thermomaster cooling system and a new low price. The EONSUB G2 was specifically designed to hold the EON10 G2 using receptacles built into the top of the SUB.
The Thermomaster cooling system allows the power amplifier and 15" woofer to stay cool, even under the most challenging circumstances, without the need for noisy fans or protruding external heatsinks. The SUB's cabinet was specifically designed to securely hold the EON10 G2 using receptacles built into the top of the SUB.
The EONSUB G2 powered subwoofer is consistent in design with other EON G2 models. With 250 watts of low-end power and a frequency range of 40 to 200 Hz, EONSUB G2 is also an ideal companion for any sound system needing additional low end. The suggested retail price of the EONSUB G2 is just $799. JBL's patented Neodymium Differential Drive woofer generates maximum efficiency with minimum weight. JBL EON makes one of the lightest 15” speakers to this day, starting at only 38 lbs. That’s amazing! Considering that Yamaha’s speaker that delivers the same power, just in a bulkier, old fashion cabinet, weighs 69 lbs. Yeah! Think about that.
The EON 1500 combines legendary JBL EON sound quality with great transportability. Light weight (only 38 pounds!) and ergonomically designed handles (balanced to the box's center of gravity) have taken the grunt work out of setting up for the gig. And EON's unique multi-angle enclosure gives you flexibility - use EON 1500 in these applications:
• Front-of-house PA speaker - floor-standing or pole mounted
• Floor monitor with dual angles
• For fixed installation EON 1500 includes integral threaded inserts that allow mounting using optional brackets. A wall mount bracket (BRK1) will position EON 1500 at 20° or 30° when mounted to a wall. And a transition plate (the BRK15) allows the EON1500 to be wall or ceiling mounted using Omnimount series 300 brackets or other brackets with compatible hole patterns and sufficient load ratings.
The flagship of the new series is the JBL EON15 G2, delivering 300 watts of power to a 15" neodymium Differential Drive® LF driver. The driver boasts a dual neodymium magnet and dual voice coil motor that efficiently delivers high output from a lightweight woofer. Meanwhile, the HF amplifier delivers 100 watts of power to a 1.75" titanium diaphragm compression driver with Ferro-fluid cooling.
